Short, because the app is simple. It is a card game you play with people you know.

Licence
shuffl is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Those terms apply to the app and to everything you buy in it.
shuffl Pro
shuffl is free to download and play. shuffl Pro is an optional purchase that lets you host tables for more than three people and unlocks the foil deck, every card design and the alternate app icons.
- Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that.
- Lifetime is a single payment with no subscription.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your iPhone’s Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions, or from Settings inside shuffl.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
- Pro follows your Apple Account. On a new phone, tap Restore purchases on the Pro screen.
Playing fair
shuffl is for playing cards with friends. Nothing in it is played for money, and there is nothing to win but the round. Please do not use it to bother people, and do not choose a name that you would not say out loud at a real table.
Online play depends on a network connection and on servers we run. We work to keep them available but cannot promise that every table will always be reachable.
If the servers go away
Online tables run on servers we operate, and we may change how they work. One day we may also have to switch them off for good, for example if shuffl is discontinued. If that happens, we will say so in the app at least 30 days in advance.
Playing against bots on your own phone does not need our servers and keeps working without them. Hosting and joining tables with other people, including the bigger tables that come with shuffl Pro, stops when the servers do.
