How do I play with friends?
Pick a game and start it. shuffl opens a table and shows a five-letter code. Read it out, and your friends tap Join a table in the lobby and type it in. When everybody is sitting down, press Start.
Everybody needs shuffl on their own iPhone. The game needs an internet connection while you play online.
Can I play on my own?
Yes. Start a table and press Start without waiting for anybody: bots fill every empty chair. Choose how hard they play in the game’s settings, from Easy to Hard.
What does shuffl Pro add?
Every game, rule and bot is free. Pro lets you host tables for more than three people, and unlocks the foil deck, every card face and back, and two more app icons.
Only the person who opens the table needs Pro. Everybody who joins plays for free.
A table says it is full
A table opened without Pro seats three people, host included. Bots can still take the other chairs. If the host gets Pro while the table is waiting, it opens up for everybody straight away.
I lost my connection in the middle of a round
Open shuffl again. The lobby shows the round that is still going on without you, with a green Rejoin button. The app catches up with every move you missed.
I bought Pro, but my new phone does not have it
Open the Pro screen from the violet card in Settings, and tap Restore purchases. Pro comes back as long as you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose shuffl. Or open Settings inside shuffl and tap shuffl Pro. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What happens to my data?
Almost everything stays on your phone. Online tables are deleted once they are over. The whole story is on the privacy page.
